About Strange Phool

A woman with long dark hair wearing a white oversized T-shirt, standing among tall plants with green and white leaves in an indoor garden or greenhouse.

I am a by-product of growing up and living in two vastly different worlds; Dhaka and Toronto

The vibrant chaos and colours from Dhaka versus the order and brutalist architecture in Toronto deeply influence my design. Strange Phool is my creative practice where I experiment and play within these two dualities – CHAOS + ORDER / colour and its absence of. I am at heart a student of life - always learning and listening.
